Release of the developer core API help documentation of DotNetNuke in MSDN style format, both as .CHM stand alone file as well as a html website based format.

The help is based on DotNetNuke 5.5.0, and includes all modules from the base install source version. This help file is generated using the latest SandCastle HelpFile builder GIU with a new project format.
